This policy applies to eligible payments made through RewardBazar for marketplace orders, memberships, business plans and other paid platform services.

Refund eligibility depends on the purchase type, payment status, fulfillment status, cancellation terms shown at purchase and applicable law. Completed, consumed, delivered or already-activated benefits may not be refundable unless required by law or the product or service was not provided as described.

Contact support promptly if an order or booked service is cancelled, unavailable, materially incorrect or not delivered. We may coordinate with the participating business and request supporting details before deciding the request.

Requests should be submitted before substantial use or activation of plan benefits. Any approved amount may be reduced to account for benefits already used, where permitted by law.

Email info.rewardbazar@gmail.com with your account email, order or payment reference, purchase date and reason. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible; processing time depends on the payment provider.
